GET TO KNOW ME

You might be wondering who I am and why you should listen to me; well, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Susanne, and I have Celiac Disease. Over 10 years ago, I started having severe migraines and episodes of vertigo with mysterious nausea and vomiting that would come and go, lasting for a few days to up to 6 months. I struggled with significant fatigue, gut, joint, and body pain, and memory issues. Basic life tasks like going to university classes, work, or cooking food, had suddenly become a challenge, and I needed to take action.

I want to share my experience and the things that I have learned in hopes of making your life easier, and your transition to the gluten free lifestyle much less painful on many levels.

When I began struggling with my condition, I wished that I had a single resource like the Educational Program and this website to help me get past my brain fog and heal myself. After gaining some success, I decided that I didn’t want others to struggle the way I did, so I decided to create this site. It will probably feel overwhelming for a little while, but help and support are just a click away! Please know that you’re not alone; I’m here to support and teach you how to adapt to life without gluten, grains, and/or dairy. (Read my whole story here.)

When you buy with us you have the reassurance that we have already done the work of thoroughly vetting and testing the products. We have gone the extra mile by also interviewing each supplier to ensure that their products are truly safe for those who need to avoid gluten, grains, and dairy. Please remember to still check for “may contain traces” labels for other allergens that you may find problematic.

Wherever possible, we have also used Affiliate Links for products. What this means is that without charging you anything extra, the supplier sends a small percentage back to us for sales made through our links. We are a small business and hope that you’ll feel good knowing that you are helping to support us in a small way so we can keep making awesome, affordable resources for you.

If you know of additional products that would benefit from our expert vetting process, or belong in our shop, please let us know. Thank you for shopping with us!
